Oh my... yesterday was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday.
The sun was out so we took a mini road trip to Lake Michigan. I tossed everything together into a little video... check it out! (Music is Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine Band)
The festivities also included lunch downtown, a birthday package from a certain best friend, phone calls from both brothers and a brother-in-law (they all remembered - alex even called from Ukraine!), dinner with friends at Founders, and falling asleep to a thunderstorm. Wow. Doesn't get much better than that!
Now it's back to real life - I've spent the day vacuuming, doing dishes from the weekend, and at the laundromat. I'm also cooking up something big... something I've been thinking about for a long time. Big reveal soon, I promise!!
