Whew. What a weekend!
Friday brought zombie cakes for surprise bow-tie wearing birthday boys.
Saturday included a long walk with Winslo, lunch in the sun, an early afternoon wedding. Dinner was served potluck style before hand - then there was a candlelit ceremony. Congratulations Paige and Ben!

(some of the most yummy vegetarian food I've ever had, especially at a wedding. Curried quinoa! Couscous with peanut sauce! Shepard's pie with tofu and mushrooms! Homemade pita bread!!)
Sunday brought Make Your own Bloody Marys and Mimosas at The Winchester with Brad and Steph. Taking the insulating plastic off all of our windows to let a little light in our place. And Oscar night with my mom.
March has brought so much sunshine to Michigan. The piles of snow are melting away and the buds are coming back. I feel as though a weight has lifted off my back and I can't stop smiling. Thank you, sunshine!!
