Wrapping Paper

Lately, I've been brainstorming different homemade gift possibilities for the people on my Christmas list.

Every year, I have the best intentions of making lots of goodies - then I wait and scramble the week before Christmas.

This year, I'm makin' a list. I'm planning ahead. I'm pacing myself.

But right now, I'm dreaming of wrapping those little homemade goodies:
of course, here

...I may be getting a bit ahead of myself...

Some days, I think I want to go shopping and buy lots of gifts for people just so I can wrap them. Especially if I had maps of foreign cities around. Love that. This year though, it's all about the baked goods.

cute, cute, cute and cute! i love pretty packaging (and you are so good at it!) i'm reallly hoping to make lots of gifts too but they will probably have to be last-minute because i have too many other things going on right now! good luck checking things off your list!

i am so with you! i'm always making, packaging, and mailing the gifts right before christmas... they're more like new year's gifts really. :) but i'm making a real effort this year. all the gifts are planned {huge first step} and now it's just a matter of, well, baking! good luck!

I was just thinking that I should make my gifts this year but am stumped about what to do.
I always love wrapping presents in brown kraft paper, it always makes a nice base.

homemade wrapping paper and christmas gifts are the best. true love and thought lies within the hard work of a homemade gift.

just blogged about trying my own DIY wrapping paper for the holidays this year so it should be interesting to see how mine turn out :)

cheers!

I love handmade gifts and it's so special when someone puts a lot of thought into the wrapping. They just make the gift-giving extra special!

That is such a great idea to wrap gifts in old maps! LOOOOOVE that :)

There's nothing like a handmade gift but I always find myself scrambling (like you) to get it all done in time for the holidays. And this year is no different, so I'm not sure I'll have the chance.

But good for you for planning ahead!!
