Some nights I am inspired to perform great feats in the kitchen. I get home and whip up Vegetarian 3 bean chili. Or falafel with homemade tzatki sauce. Maybe a little Shrimp Curry and rice.
Other nights, I'm grateful for the simplicity of the little blue box with simple directions. It's fast. It's delicious. And it always tastes the same.
Hopefully, I'm not alone in my love for Macaroni and Cheese. The spirally kind, of course!

My boys love it. I, on the other hand, do not! When I'm in need of a super-fast meal, I usually make Mr Noodle and toss in a bunch of chopped up veggies, to make myself feel better about it!
um, MOST nights i'm glad for this blue box. we're so lame. and cuisine-ly challenged.
I am grateful simple nights as well!!! MMMM Mac and Cheese!! YUM!
i miss this glorious blue box and the unnaturally orange powder it contains. it's definitely on the menu as soon as i get back to the states.
No shame in mac and cheese! :)
There's really nothing like coming home to the warm comfort of a big bowl of mac and cheese. I haven't done that in some time, but I so need to soon.
I love macaroni cheese in a box (never from a can!) when I'm feeling ill or a bit sorry for myself. It never fails: it always makes me feel better!
i eat an entire box of annie's macaroni & cheese every time dannon takes a trip away. it's partly comfort food, and partly my chance to get away with eating unhealthfully {he's a total healthnut}.
Love it. When I was in PC, that was the BEST thing people could send. It would be saved for a special occasions and/or guests. Delicacy.
There's so comforting about Mac N Cheese. I always like adding my own cheese though.
Yum, the ultimate comfort food!
